You may think it basic … but with this homemade garlic & torn basil pasta sauce, made from hand pressed Roma tomatoes (my own two hands) … took a while to make. Served with a mozzarella & garlic butter grilled chicken breast and spaghetti.

Another batch of my chicken noodle soup. Whole chicken. 5x the garlic. Added kale this time and a 4th giant carrot. Added noodles after cooking everything else. Had to split into a second pot. Have 5gal from this batch.

My favorite mask yet. Provides a nice seal around my mouth and nose so I no longer have to worry about #beard coverage. Built-in fan for airflow, one way airflow, #HEPA filter and more. I may look a bit of a tool, but it’s the most comfortable and workable mask for me so far. Thanks @breatheclean.technology
