Jasmine, a flavor either too highly prized… or undervalued. Take your pick. In either event, it’s addition to this ready to drink bottled iced tea is such a refreshing palate pleaser, I’ve not much to say aside from it’s a mighty tasty brew.
When I started reviewing iced tea, I worried about being able to accurately tell the difference between them. This particular brew, while tasty, proves my concerns were justified.
Flowery iced teas aren’t something I’ve really considered. This Jasmine Green Energy Tea from Honest Tea rectifies that issue with a subtlety unexpected given the ingredients and description.
Harney & Sons does it again. This time with their Ready to Drink Organic Black Currant bottled iced tea. I really don’t need to say more here, other than it’s delicious.
After quite a lot of thought on these and other worries I have finally decided that some visual advertising may actually be helpful for this site. My primary mission is to expose visitors such as yourself to more tea and tea flavors and brands than they may have had access to before.
ITO EN makes some of the best bottled teas around if you’re looking for unsweetened brews. If you’re a fan of a nice strong Sencha theit Oi Ocha brand Dark Green should hit the spot!
Snapple. A large and popular brand of ready to drink beverages. Not usually the focus of the avid tea drinker. The past few years, Snapple has been pumping out the teas en-masse. They have upped their tea quality a bit, and this brew makes it noticeable.
Occasionally I run into a nice, light iced tea with a calming flavor and surprisingly little briskness allowing me simply to relax with a nice breeze on a hot Summer day. This fantastically light peach flavored white iced tea from Honest Tea hits that spot just about to a tee, pun intended.
As it happens, most iced teas have a subdued flavor. Something about the chilling process seems to reduce the pucker and boldness of almost all teas when they’re iced. Not so with this refreshingly bold iced Lemongrass Green tea from ITO EN.
I mentioned a few weeks back that I had come across a unique product: an Electric Iced Tea Maker. The IT400 from Focus Electrics is a pretty neat piece of equipment. While several consumer level iced tea machines seem to exist, this one shows the most promise of any I’ve run across thus far.
